Delivery Instructions

If any Rooftop Tent from RÖKK Överland arrives damaged or if the carton/wooden crate shows signs of being mishandled, you have the right to inspect the item and the contents before the driver leaves. 

If the contents appear slightly damaged. This would include blemishes, dings, scratches, etc.

Step 1 - Mark damaged on the delivery slip and accept the delivery

Step 2 - Send us an email at support@rokkoverland.com and include a description of the damage and pictures

If the contents appear to be severely damaged. This would include punctures through the aluminum exterior, broken/unusable parts on the exterior, etc.

It is important to follow the above steps upon delivery of your Rooftop Tent so that we can quickly remediate the issue and if necessary, ship a replacement product to you ASAP. If the rooftop tent is damaged during delivery and you refuse to follow the above steps, we are unable to pursue a claim with the carrier and replace your damaged Rooftop Tent. 

 

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping and Delivery Options
* Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): Free
* Free Local Pickup


2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.


3. Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.


4. Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit ROKK Overland Refund Policy.


5. Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed order processing, customers will be notified via email. Please allow extra time for the item's status update.


6. Damaged Orders
ROKK Overland LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If any package from RÖKK Överland arrives damaged or shows signs of being mishandled, you MUST refuse delivery of the package. Failing to refuse delivery of a damaged or mishandled package will deem the product unreturnable, and we cannot hold the shipping company at fault for mishandling your package. Additionally, damaged packages that are not refused at delivery cannot be refunded. Once you take possession of the product, RÖKK Överland and the purchaser cannot pursue a claim with the shipping company to obtain a replacement product.

If your product arrives damaged and delivery is refused, please contact us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.


7. Shipping Restrictions
* Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
* The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
