1-Year Limited Warranty

RÖKK Överland LLC 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: [Date of Purchase]

Coverage: RÖKK Överland LLC ("RÖKK") warrants to the original purchaser that our tents and awnings will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, under normal use and conditions. This warranty applies exclusively to component failures resulting from faulty manufacturing.

Warranty Terms:

1. Repairs and Replacements: Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at RÖKK's discretion. This warranty does not cover wear and tear.

2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

   • Acts of nature (e.g., storms, floods)
   • Accidents or tampering
   • Misuse or overloading
   • Cosmetic blemishing
   • Improper cleaning or storage
   • Any other actions outside the specifications stated herein

3. Proof of Claim: A reasonable amount of proof must be supplied to validate any warranty claim. The warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Any direct or indirect damage caused by actions not covered under this warranty will not be honored.

4. Eligibility: Merchandise must have been purchased directly from RÖKK. This warranty is not transferable through any other transaction or to subsequent owners.

How to Claim: To make a warranty claim, please email support@rokkoverland.com with the following information:

• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation)
• Description of the defect
• Photographic evidence of the defect
• Any additional information that may support your claim

RÖKK reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the validity of the claim. If the claim is approved, RÖKK will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part.

Disclaimer: This warranty is the only express warranty provided by RÖKK. No person or entity is authorized to make any other warranty or representation on behalf of RÖKK. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. RÖKK shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products or breach of this warranty.
